I weighed in this morning at 214. How the heck is that possible? I exercised 6 days last week! I slipped up a couple of times on the diet front - but not enough to cause a 2lb gain.
Well, I'm still forging ahead. I remember that dietgirl made a comment a few weeks ago about the body taking time to catch up with the brain. I'm not giving up this time - eventually, my body will have to give in!
I'm still ticked, though.
