This week's weigh in...



Well, let me fill in the blank. I'm still at 208 - so this is a good thing. I realize I maintained, but if only you knew all the stuff that's been going on for me this week! And, it proves that it's a new low for me.

Next week, I really need to pick up the pace in terms of my exercising. Eating has been really good for the last few days - I feel very healthy.

199 - here I come!
