Life has been so busy lately - I'm sorry I don't have more time for a proper check in. I'm also really missing your blogs - I hope to have some breathing time this weekend to get all caught up!
I started my running clinic last Saturday - it was great. I almost chickened out at the last minute, but went for it anyway. There are three other ladies that are running with me - it was great. I think I'm going to sign up for my 5K this week - September 30th. Woo hoo!
Last week, I exercised 4 times - really good, hard, workouts. My diet has been really balanced too. And you know what? I see the difference -my skin is clear, my face is starting to change - I feel truly amazing.
The scale can always be our best friend our nemisis, right? Well, I've decided that since I've been feeling so good lately, I'm not going to weigh myself for awhile. I'm doing all the right things - the scale will reward me in time. I don't need to know right now - the physical changes are good enough for me.
I really hope that I'm finally on track - I haven't felt this good in so long. My heart is finally in it, and I'm in this for the long haul.
