I had a doctor's appointment this afternoon, during which she weighed me on her scale. I was dreading this, as I had just finished a giant bowl of yesterday's chili extravaganza. Plus, I was wearing thick jeans and a sweater. And heavy shoes. Listen to myself, lol!
So, I mentally decided to subtract 3lbs from her weigh-in, to compensate for the aforementioned stuff.
But then, she tells me I'm 5lbs lighter than my weight from Tuesday. And then she adds, that her scale tends to weigh "lighter", so she's adding 3lbs.
Still, 2lbs lighter than a few days ago, AND on a full-stomach and heavy clothes?
I don't know - it's all silly math. But it's still really, really motivating.:-)

I am so happy for you. :-) I hope the weight stays off. I hope to get some strengh training done today.
I would be motivated too! Yeah for the Dr's scale!
Sweet!
what great news! i hate my doctor's scales, they are always much higher than mine at home... i usually just ignore what it says (unless it's totally outrageous)...
p.s. always take off your shoes before getting on a scale, silly! ;o)
What a wonderful surprise!!!! Yeah for you!
That's great:) Keep up the good work.
