I didn't get my run in yesterday, which was disappointing. But we've got some stuff going on right now which needed to take priority.;-) I'm planning on doubling up on exercise today - my turbo fit class this morning, followed by a run this evening.
I'm fine with it. Life will get in the way and pop up with surprises - and I'll just need to course correct and make up for it accordingly.
So, in one very short hour I'll be getting my butt kicked at class. Strangely, I'm looking forward to it.
