Today is the hardest day yet. I want to eat everything in sight.
So far, I've managed to keep the "splurging" down to a handful of trail mix (with 4 m&m's), and a small square of dark chocolate. I'm stopping at that, I swear.
Isn't this supposed to be getting easier at some point? Seriously?
My kids are sick again (grrrrr!) so I didn't get much sleep last night. I'm tired and grumpy. A recipe for disaster when it comes to eating. But I'm going to hold it together.

It is really hard when you are sleep deprived! It lowers your willpower as well as your metabolism. Do you keep things on hand such as chopped veggies, fruit, etc. for when you feel the urge to munch? If you have healthy snacks ready ahead of time it can help.
Don't lose heart, you are doing fantastic! Hope the kids get better fast.
