(Although you do't need it because you are rocking this challenge!)
It's only a number and sometimes when you expect a gain, you see a loss and sometimes when you expect a loss you see a gain. The scale can be an evil, tricky thiing, or it can be your best friend. Don't let it dictate how you feel about yourself or your weight loss goals! You know how you feel in your own skin, you don't need a scale to tell you how to feel! Use other measures such as achieveing your workout goals, how your clothes fit, and how you FEEL about your body to judge how you are doing on yuor journey.

Ok I think I have ranted long enough. Do not be afraid of the scale. It is ...Hi Sonya!! Do not be afraid of the scale. It is just a number, and only one small way to judge the progress that you are making. You have had a wonderful week. Getting in the 150 minutes of exercise is a huge accomplishment. (I didn't do it!) And you should be proud of yourself. You are making lots of little changes that are improving your health. Keep doing the work you know needs to be done and the numbers on the scale will be forced to fall in line eventually!! :)

p.s.
