They're all equally tasty with no added sugar. 6g Fiber, 7g Protein, 2 servings of whole grains - it's quite good.Krissyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12209672336392521732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21343423.post-53925509834434119982007-05-21T04:53:00.000-04:002007-05-21T04:53:00.000-04:00Patience comes with practise, work on it... and ne...Patience comes with practise, work on it... and never give up those baby steps, keep plodding along and it will come off, I promise! Take it one step at a time.
Oatmeal is very filling in the morning but it does have lots of carbs and sugar, I really think that Cottage cheese is a perfect morning meal. IT has SO MUCH protein and I have actually come to like it. I hated it too but after starting my new meal plan, I actually look forward to it! The trick is to try a few different kinds and see what you like best. I found out early in the game that the difference between brands can be night and day!
Keep it up! If you like "strudel" kind of flavours, then this is to die for. I dampen 1/2 cup oats in the microwave for 2 mins. Then mix in 125g cottage cheese, 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1 sachet of Splenda. I get excited just thinking about it!BeepBeephttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03426046368112333449noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21343423.post-45319331075898805802007-05-18T18:53:00.000-04:002007-05-18T18:53:00.000-04:00i honestly think the most destructive behaviour we...i honestly think the most destructive behaviour we have is putting a lose x amount in x time.

i myself do it, but i'm trying to change and i think it's great that you are too!

keep up the great work your doing!Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14996708785266441808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21343423.post-57284272107330865202007-05-18T16:08:00.000-04:002007-05-18T16:08:00.000-04:00breakfast is really hard for me, too.
