I snuck a peek, because I couldn't stand it anymore.
I know that the scale doesn't mean anything sometimes, but this is the first week I've given the most effort to in AGES. Seriously - I think it has been months since I've tried this hard. So, I wanted a little motivation.
It could have been equally damaging - if I hadn't lost anything, I would have had a tough time picking myself up off the floor.
Anyway - a drop in the bucket, I know. But 2.5lbs - goodbye forever. Seriously - I never want to see you again, and good riddance.
Week Two is going to be harder than Week One - the novelty might start to wear off a bit. So, I'm going to try extra hard.
Carolyn and Christy - Props to both of you for an amazing week. Are we going to kick butt next week again, or what?
Have a great weekend!

YAY!!!! I'm so happy for you! tha is great motivation to keep going (and don't worry, I would have picked you up off the floor if it had gone the other way) but it didn't...why? Because you are doing SO fantastic!!! That is so wonderful and you should be sooo proud.

My first week on plan I lost just shy of three pounds and I almost cried. Seriously. I had worked so hard last year and never was able to lose much. So when I put tons of effort in and actually saw the results, it was amazing!
Keep up the good work!
