Well, I'm down 0.5lbs. A loss, is a loss I suppose.:-)
I guess that after a week of working out really hard (4 times at the gym!), and moderate eating, I expected a little something more. Yeah, I know that in a previous entry I said that I wouldn't care if I didn't lose this week - but I lied. Deep down inside, I was just expecting a bigger loss.
Focusing on the positive: I feel amazing. Better than I have in weeks. My energy levels have skyrocketed, and my flexibility has increased. My mushy-mommy brain even feels slightly sharper.;-) I also got back into running, which was wonderful.
Besides, there's only one route to take on this weight loss journey - and I've already started down the road. Eventually, I'll start seeing results - it's only been one week, after all.:-)
