My hubby has been off work this week, so I've been spending a little more time away from the computer.
Posting to say that this week has gone fairly well in terms of eating so far, especially given that it's been like a mini-vacation. In fact, I can't really think of something that I shouldn't have eaten in the last few days. My water intake has been crap, but I'm going to start working on that.
Exercise hasn't been great, because we've been busy with the baby - but I'm hoping that I'll be okay on the scale this week since my eating has been okay. I'm hopefully going to get out for my C25K session later tonight.
That's all for now - gotta skidaddle - I can hear the little apple-pie protesting about something.
