I had the worst case of the flu EVER. I'm still getting over it. Man, it sucked. The first thing I thought about was my last weight training session - should I really have been out in the park in chilly weather with no sweater on? But then I remembered I took the baby to my office to visit, and there was a lot hugging, hand-shaking, etc. So, that's probably where I got it.
Eating has been really good - I just haven't been able to get outside to exercise. And that's been depressing since the weather is just GORGEOUS! And Spring is all I've been waiting for. Nonetheless, my time will come.
I'm still recovering - still achy and fatigued. But I think I'm getting a bit better each day.
Next training session is Thursday - I'm looking forward to it!

I had the flu in March and it was brutal! And lucky me I had gastro this weekend! :(

Aw, sorry to hear that you've been feeling so sick! It must be tough to try and take care of yourself and a little one. Glad that you're starting to feel better!
