It's a new day, and I feel a lot better.
No matter how much crap life throws my way, the one thing that I have control over is my weight - and I need to focus on that.
I'm going to purge my house of all junk food today - I'm kidding myself if I think I can eat it in "moderation". That'll be my first step.
Then, I'm putting together my exercise schedule for the week.
And then, I'm going to give myself some credit for once. I may not be perfect, but my heart is definitely in the right place.
