Sorry for the delay in posting - it's been busy in my world on the home front. Lots of changes going on, most of which are good. I've been spending less time in front of the computer, and more time with other stuff.
So, I held steady last week on the scale. I'm fine with that, seeing as I didn't put in as much effort as the previous week. But really, I should have. No excuses.
I'm heading back to work after a LONG maternity leave in a week. Feeling anxious. I'm definitely self-conscious about the weight I've gained, and am nervous to try on clothes in my closet this week. Ugh. But I'm working towards changing all of that. And I have to remember - it took a year to get me here, and the weight's not going to disappear overnight. Patience is not my best virtue.
I'm planning on hitting the gym in the morning tomorrow, because I've got a busy evening ahead.
I'm ready to give it my all again this week! Have a great one.:-)
