I'm up five pounds over last week. HOW could this be?
Seriously - my biggest offense this week was having a couple of drinks after work - but I compensated for that, by having a lighter dinner.
I made it to the gym three times. I drank water like a fiend.
I hate, hate, hate, the scale right now.

Don't get discouraged, there could be a number of wonky reasons for it. It porbably just measn you'll have a nice big loss next week. Don't sweat it. If you're doing all the right things, the results will come! Promise!
Yeah, the body is a funky thing. I think Carolyn's right - stay on track & you'll see big rewards next week. Regardless, you're doing the best things for your health by eating well and working out. The weight WILL come off.
