This past week has taken a terrible toll on my body, and I feel like utter crapola.
I need the following:
- a proper night's sleep;
- lots of rooibos tea to hydrate and rejuvenate my body;
- a nice, long, walk with my ipod;
- a bowl of steamed greens with grilled tofu and ginger sauce.
I then need to put than in repeat for 3 days straight before I can feel like a normal human being again.
I'm going to share this wish list with my hubby to see if he can help out with 3 out of the 4 things.;-)
